- Koordination aller funktionsübergreifenden Themen des Projektes für die gesamte Projektlaufzeit entsprechend der Unternehmens- und kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
- Einführung von Richtlinien und Prozessen für eine klare Kommunikation mit allen am Projekt beteiligten Parteien
- Erstellung des Projektfortschritts und dessen Aktualisierung zur Überwachung und Steuerung der Projektergebnisse für interne und externe Kunden
- Optimierung der Leistungserbringung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Fristen
- Schnittstelle zu anderen parallellaufenden Projekten zur Schaffung von Synergien
- Steuerung der Subunternehmer zur Einhaltung der Verträge
- Fachliche Führung der im Projekt eingesetzten Projektmitarbeiter:innen
- Abschluss eines technischen Studiums, z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen mit langjähriger Erfahrung als Projektmanager, in der Führung von interkulturellen Projektteams, mit der Koordination von Subunternehmern, im Umgang mit QHSE-Anforderungen im stark regulierten Umfeld (Projekte von 5 bis 10 Jahren Laufzeit) im internationalen Umfeld
- Zertifizierte Projektmanagementqualifikation (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE oder vergleichbar)
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse: C1 oder höher
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Kritisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Planungs- und Organisationstalent
- Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Teamwork- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Coordination of all cross-functional topics in the project for the entire project duration according to the company's and customer-specific requirements
- Introduction of policies and processes for clear communication with all parties involved in the project
- Reviewing of the project progress and its update to monitor and control the project results for internal and external customers
- Optimization of service provision and ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Interface to other parallel projects to create synergies and alignments
- Completion of a technical degree, e.B. industrial engineering / master of business and engineering with many years of experience as a project manager, leading of intercultural project teams, with the coordination of subcontractors, in dealing with QHSE requirements in a highly regulated environment (projects from 5 to 10 years duration) in an international environment
- Certified project management qualification (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE or equivalent)
